Westbury Capital Limited was established in 2010 and since then has advised clients in a wide range of business sectors.

The Directors are commercially experienced professionals with extensive board level experience in growing companies, coupled with many years experience of M&A transactions. Our track record in buying and selling companies and in fund raising has been invaluable to a wide range of businesses and shareholders.

We have established an extensive network of professional contacts and developed strong links with the funding community including venture capital providers, banks and asset based lenders. Understanding the needs of funders allows us to advise management teams on how best to maximise their chances of securing funding.

Our commercial experience combined with our financial training and awareness enables us to help client businesses in a variety of ways. In addition to advising on specific transactions such as MBOs/MBIs and acquisitions/disposals, we can assist managers in developing a strategy for the future of their business, through to troubleshooting in the case of specific problems and simply acting as a sounding board.

In many cases we are able to establish long-term relationships with our clients, often in the form of non-executive board positions and can thus provide ongoing objective advice and assistance as the company grows.
