Westbury fees are based on a success fee model.
We review all transactions at no cost and advise if we are able to conclude the transaction for the client. Once the deals has been considered and we are confident that the deal can be concluded we then require an exclusive engagement for an agreed period of time. This is generally between three and six months.
The engagement fee structure consists of two parts and is as follows
a) Engagement fee is a nominal amount of £5,000 to £10,000 payable immediately on engagement.
Any out of pocket expenses incurred in the sale of the business. All expenses will require prior written consent from the client.
b) The Success fee.
This is only paid on success basis and is based on the value of the sale price. Our normally fee on success is between 2.5% to 3.75% depending on deal size with a minimum.
